Dear Lady Joan, I was saddened to hear about Mr. Jack aka Bev's dad to me. To this day I still see her at her desk or walking through the daycare looking for me.

It has been my privilege to come and meet with you and pick up the Christmas toys that the Battalion and the church collected for us. Mr. Jack making sure that I knew the route back and that I drove back safely to Toronto.

My heart always holds a special place for the Hooper family who has always opened there home and their heart to us.

With lots of Love and Respect,
    Debbie

    Dear Joan, Bryan and David
Ryerson and I are so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I am sure you all will miss him beyond anything that I can possibly imagine. We will miss Jack for the funny little incidents over the years whenever we had a chance to get together.Joan, you made the very best biscuits!Jack was kind and thoughtful, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever he could and, most importantly, willing to pass along his faith - what he believed, why he believed and how to have beliefs like his. Many people, over the years, learned a lot about how to be a Christian by watching and listening to you and Jack. We don't get home often, but we will miss Jack when we are there. May God comfort and keep you all as you deal with your loss and may you always remember all the goodness and kindness that was Jack.
Hugs from us to you all!

    Ryerson and Susan
