I am proud to say that Kim was a good friend of mine. Over the years we enjoyed outings to Dom’s Auto parts, many restaurants ( although Wendys and Montanas were our favourites) ,visits to my home, and trips to the automotive museum. Kim attended my wedding with his mother and would phone me multiple times daily. I enjoyed staying in touch with him. His smile and mischievous laugh made me happy. The last years were so difficult for him and I had trouble staying in touch as a result of his frequent moves. I have missed our outings during the past years and will always look back with fond memories as I remember him. My sincere condolences to the family. I pray that Kim is finally at peace and can now meet up with his beloved mother

I had the privilege of supporting Kim back in the 80's. He was a joy to know and taught me how to be a better support staff.
Kim's family were his source of strength and love. His Mom Ruby, was always involved with taking care of her son and making sure he was involved in all holiday celebrations and special occasions for the many family gatherings. Kim spoke ever so fondly of his sisters and nephews and nieces. Kim very often told me stories of Wyatt and was very proud of his long term friendship that he had with him.
Kim and I were able to maintain a friendship outside of Community Living for many years. We enjoyed many laughs! I will miss you buddy but will most assuredly see you again on the other side of heaven. Rest in peace, my friend. Love, Petrina

I had the pleasure of working with you back in 2007 and your passing comes as a shock to me. I remember your lovely smile and the spark in your eyes whenever you talked about antique cars. You will be dearly missed. Rest in Peace Kim.
