    Sandy and Stacey,

I was saddened to hear the news. My heart breaks for both of you. Todd was a special person to me who I considered another brother. He was a constant in our childhood and at our home growing up. I'll always remember teasing him and calling him "Toad" as kids. He was a great friend to Kelly and really all of us in our home. His kind heart and gentle spirit will always be remembered. May his memory bring you comfort on these difficult days and smiles at all the good times you shared. Joe, James, Emma and I send our love and prayers to you.

    Mrs. Smith and Stacey,

I share in the pain of the loss of Todd, but will never know it as closely as you do. Losing Mr. Smith and Todd in the same year is a pain no one should have to bear. I wish you both strength through these sad days and the years to come. Todd was such an important part of my life, and always will be. When I think of Todd, so many good memories come flooding back, of walks to 5 Points Mall, manhunt in Trowbridge Park, playing out on Torrington Court, CLOCA dances, and a million other things. Through thick and thin, he has been a constant comfort in my life. I cherish every minute we spent together, and wish there were more to come in this life. Everywhere I look I see something that reminds me of Todd, and I am reminded how lucky I was to have him bless my life for nearly 40 years. Trevor, Lauren, Katelyn, Sarah and I are holding you in our thoughts with love.
